I Usually have 6mg Shortfills, How do I Order these?

We include nic shots up to 3mg with all shortfill orders. If you require 6mg for your shortfills - you will need to order additional nic shots from our 'Accessories & Miscellaneous' page. The only exception to this is our own brand #FOG, as we retail these specifically as 6mg shortfills.

I Don't have a PayPal Account. How can I pay?

For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is optional. This means that  customers can complete their payments as guests first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

Is PayPal Safe?

When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

In actuality, using PayPal may be even safer than using a check or your credit card or bank account to make a purchase. With PayPal, your financial data is stored away in a single online "vault", whereas the same can't be said when transmitting credit card or bank data online on the internet.

PayPal offer a service called PayPal Purchase Protection that covers any platform payer if there's a problem. Also, if an item doesn't arrive or is not as described by a seller, PayPal will arrange for a full refund. 

I Still Don't want to Use PayPal

Payment via Bank Transfer is available, however takes significantly longer to process. Once your order is confirmed, you will recieve a confirmation email containing the Bank Details for our store. You will then need to access your banking app and send payment to the account details provided. The bank is checked regularly, however, although usually instant- transfers can take up to 2 hours to clear in our account. We have no means of withdrawing funds from your account. 

When Will my Order be Ready to Click & Collect?

We process orders in the order of which they were placed. We are currently voluntarily working 11-4pm Monday to Saturday. You will recieve a confirmation text or email upon placing the order, and again when your order is ready to collect. Please do not attend store before recieving a collection notification -  we cannot process orders on demand. Orders placed before 1pm (excluding Sundays) are guaranteed ready for collection the same day. Orders placed after this time, may still be processed, but this is not guaranteed. 

When collecting orders, please have your Order Number ready. Without it, we may not be able to locate your order. 

When are Postal Orders Dispatched?

As per above -  all orders placed prior to 1pm will be dispatched and shipping details provided same day guaranteed. 

I Ordered for Local Delivery. When will it Arrive?

Again, as above, all deliveries recieved prior to 1pm will be processed same day. Our driver leaves the building approximately 1:30pm. You need to be available at home between 1:30-3pm on your delivery date. In the event that you are not at home, the parcel will be returned to our Highfield Road Store for collection. We are able to attempt a second delivery, however, this will incur a repeat delivery charge at your expense. 

I Didn't Manage to get my Collection on its Ready Date. Can I Still Collect?

All paid orders that have been fulfilled will be held at our Highfield Road store for 1 Calender Month for collection. After this time, orders will be assumed unwanted and refunded. 

The Product I Want is Out of Stock. When Will you get More?

We are still placing regular orders with our Wholesalers. We order items we are short of weekly - however, we are very much at the mercy of stock available from them. We may order items consistently, but the Wholesalers themselves may be out of stock. Please check our site regularly, as it is updated daily.
